In aligning with the job market, the importance of understanding what IT and Computer Science is and how to encourage more students to take these classes, major in these fields, or at least be exposed to it. Over 60% of all available jobs in 2020 will require some IT or Computer science knowledge and skill and based on college and career program enrollment now, there will not be enough graduates to fill these jobs.
